Yeh. ABS is molten at 220 to 230 deg C, I'm sure it'd be softened considerably at 100 deg C (in fact I know it would). The best option is to use the 3D printer to make a core for a mould, then cast the parts in an appropriate metal.

Been busy on the printer the last few days.
Got a job to print a small Wally Lewis statue, standing on a base. Should end up about 220 mm tall.
And also to print out six spotlight surrounds.

I worked at a rapid prototyping company and one of my projects was to make a dildo out of silver with Broome pearls on it for the Japanese market. So we printed it out using the SLS, then made a Silicone mould, did the lost wax method and voila dildo.
