Rejigging my pipes and intercooler. What are the pro/con of bov on hotside or coldside. Track car, minimising lag is a priority

I was told closest to tb. I run a huge 60m tial (am 1000+ rwhp though) with pushlok pneumatic fittings for vac reference.
One of my best upgrades was bin any rubber lines, on hotside changed wastegate lines to Teflon braid and cold side pnuematic. No more leaks and easier to work on
