    They still refer to it as detonation- pre ignition before top dead centre due to cylinder pressure or early injection kills them. The bang should be timed to start presenting serious combustion after tdc.

    I know I didn't write that particularly well..

      how does biodiesel go with big boost? any different to normal diesel oil?

        no idea but it workes fine in my car. you just gotta retard it 2 deg is recomended.

          I'd stick with pump diesel personally. I don't know enough about the chemistry to say though..
