Seeing how tight these two options are in the engine bay can you even fit a JZ?
Why would you want to? When you can fit an all alloy 3.5L V6 with decent power for a car like the sprinter standard that actually weighs less than a supercharged/turbocharged 4AG, I have no idea why you'd want to put a 2JZ in one unless you wanted to build a drag car.

^ well yeah that was the point, seeing how tight it is for an engine 4 cylinders long i was doubting you'd get an inline 6 in without major work, and for little/no benefit compared to other options

I feel that rules are important as without rules there is no cheating and cheating is a vital part of drag racing.

A bloke up here put a 1UZ in his AE86 with much success. The thing was a weapon and it was standard motor with extractors and exhaust. He has since sold that car and I believe is putting a turbo 1UZ in his current AE86 coupe shell. Do that.
Josh had a set of ITB's on that engine from NZ along with an adaptronic, it put out 200kw atw. He's since scrapped the turbo 1uz coupe project.
