If you are worried isocyanates and 2-pack you can get "isocyanate free" 2-pack acrylics - not quite as glossy/durable as polyurethane but not bad for a rollcage.

I used killrust with a brush and did a pretty rookie job.

Lads thanks for all the help. It took me about 30 hours in the end. I brushed on the undercoat (killrust product) after 20 hours of sanding and it went on really well, not one brush mark, good product. Fuck that, my back's still sore. Agreed under and over was tough. Trickiest bit on mine was the outside surface of the bar next to the rear 1/4 windows. Lucky turps cleaned the glass easily.Originally posted by wildss View PostLol.
