Need help with Pre-Pump for Surge Tank

Thanks for that. So pretty much the big pump is "sucking" from the surge tank and because of this the small feed pump doesn't have much resistance and can therefore flow more (?) then it other wise would. Plus the return line helps to fill the surge tank too. Yes??

pretty much, just have to just make sure that your pre-pump can flow enough for the engine free-flow.. but most definatlely would..

And you also have a return from the surge tank back to the fuel tank as well.
