mazda 12a turbo injectors

ok ive heard that mazda 12a turbo injectors fit into a rb25 fuel rail.... this true?? also what are these injectors rated at?

I doubt it, the RB25 are a modern sidefeed injector.

mm odd..lots of people talk about rx7 injectors when i mentioned upgrading them with gtr ones

I think you'll find S4/5 Injectors fit with some modifications. We did this to my friends R33 but they only use one type.. i cant remeber if it was high or low impendence.

works a treat tho 6 X 550 CC injectors.. will not run out of fuel for a while!

I cant see how the top feed 12a or 13b injectors will fit the RB25 based side feed injector rail.

Those injectors will fit the rb20 though since they also use top feed. I think someone is getting their rb motor confused. The person on that site could have been using the rb30 tail too.

12AT are 800cc each - the way I see it, if you motor needs that much fuel, you aren't going to be mucking around with 15+year old second hand injectors.
13BT are 550cc, cheaper, newer, and easier to get. And probably big enough.

s6 an over are side fed i think 600cc pri 800cc sec or something close to that.

and its an easy and cheap mod to convert the skyline topfeed system to work on side feed s4/5 injectors...

ahh s4/s5 injectors arent side feed.


OK i can see how you can use the stock o rings on the manifold to get the injectors to sit in but i still have no idea how the 550s can fit the stock side feed rail... Any hints?
