    r33 gtr ATTESSA problem????????

    r33 gtr ATTESSA problem????????
I have a problem with the attessa sysytem on my r33 gtr, just like to know if anyone has had this prob before. When the attessa system is working in 4wd it locks up the rear diff when turning corners. (We have checked to see if the diff was locked ,but its a standard one.)

When we put the car into rear wheel drive we dont have any probs with the diff. (the way we did this is dissconnected the fuse out of the attessa system) . I was told the rear pump of the attessa system is pushing all the pressure to the rear diff ,which causes it to lock the rear diff.

does anyone know how to fix this prob?

The ATTESSA system controls the centre clutch which feeds power to the front wheels.

I've had a similar problem in my GTS4. I'm not sure why / how the problem manifests itself in the differentials, but I was also getting absurd readings off the torque-split gauge (like 35kg-m in reverse in the driveway!).

My problem was a result of one of the TPS plugs not being connected properly.

TPS (Throttle Position Switch / Sensor) is the little black box that sits on the side of the throttle body. On a GT-R, I think that will be at the front of the intake plenum / manifold, on the driver's side of the engine.
