    can you put it on the floor instead with the lid shut? less room to fall down there. Secoh's rachet strap is a good idea too, have it with the hinge sitting backwards of course to hold the sucker on, I wouldn't trust velcro on a seat myself

        ocky straps are too thinck to shut the lid, the flat woven rachet straps are the go
