Compressors in parallel?

Due to Bunnings hiding the bloody things (I should have thought to look in the gardening section for compressors...), I only managed to get started on hte project this weekend, but, so far they seem to work fine.
I've only got two at the moment, but, they come with an un-regulated output which makes them really easy to daisy chain.
I've got to see if I can get the chance to get some decent hose and fittings today..
So far, so good....Imagination is more important than knowledge.

I went to get a third last night, but, they had sold out. So I got some lines and hooked the two I had up in a manner less likely to kill myself and and innocent bystanders.
zac - That's exactly how it works, I'll try to remember to get a picture tonight. The right hand output on each compressor is unregulated, all you need is a hose between the two (or three).
As an experiment, I'm running two of them off a powerboard and haven't managed to pop the curcuit breaker on it yet. The current draw of all 3 could start to get a little suspect though (they draw 7 amps each and I've only got one curcuit in the shed...)Imagination is more important than knowledge.

The're not the quietest thing in the world, but, no compressor is. I've got a noise meter at home, so I can give you some numbers. I've got a seperate garage and workshop and I'll definately be setting them up in the garage and running a line into the workshop.
As for quality, typical GMC, little rough around the edges, nothing flash, but, should do the job...Imagination is more important than knowledge.

numbers aren't really necessary... my old man's big compressor is too loud to talk over without actually yelling.. that loud? or quieter... i might thing about putting them outside in a slightly soundproofed box or something.. if/when i get motivated to get setup
This is a post i wrote by mistake, which is nice...
