    Steel/Alloy Sizes

Anyone know where you can get spec sheets for different steel (stainless and mild) and alloy products with things like standard thicknesses, standard shaped profiles with dimensions, tube and pipe sizing etc

They seem few and far between Smart Aluminium's catalogue is quite good for the alloy stuff though.

Pick any steel vendor. Ring. Ask for them to send their catalogue out to you. Not all of them will do so for free. Several of the tube and section catalogues that I use at work have nominal $9.95 prices on the front (although I am sure that the rep probably gave them to us for free).

    cheers

Metaland have a pdf on their web page that lists all the sizes they sell. Not detailed info, but handy for double checking if a size is actually available.

If after sectional details, you can get this from Onesteel web site.
Put that in your pipe and smoke it

Look around steel suppliers websites - the majority of them should have online catalogues. If you cannot get them that way send a email to them and they should supply a catalogue. esp If you have ordered steel through them before and they already know you as a customer.

Why do you need it? - if you dont mind me asking.
