I am willing to bet money that if you did the test again no 4 would have a much better result.
I have been caught before. When you crack the plugs loose a piece of carbon wedges under the exh valve seat and gives you a false reading.
I ALWAYS loosen the plugs half a turn and start the motor and give it a rev at 3000 or so for a few seconds to clear any loose carbon out.
