best you do a search on the various forums to get a complete picture
I've searched extensively on SAU & redline seems to be the go, but wanted some other opinions before I laid my cold hard cash on the table…. Plenty of bandwagon’ers on there.

Ended up deciding to go for Elf Lub HTX 729 (http://www.hi-tecfuels.com/lubricants.htm) partly as a mate has an unused bottle that I can pickup tonight (and at a decent price)…. All reviews I’ve read of this oil rates it very highly and will suit the cars purpose.

Thanks for your replies guys, much appreciated.

I have oil stains on my driveway to confirm this.
Doesn't stop me breaking selector forks, apparently using a clutch will though.

unfortunately, not really at this stage. awd one, still stock turbo, but what is basically a gtir gearbox with an extra 200kg doesn't deal real well with hard shifts and stuff. so a 14s car that i can drive like a looney and it's reliable, still getting the cash together to make it go quick.

        they handle nice too
