                  Hi Greg,

How much for the following rotors for an FG XR6T sedan:
                  DBA42107S
                  DBA4505S

I was thinking Bendix HD pads, what would you recommend? The car sees some hillclimbs once in a while and stop start traffic most days of the week.

I am thinking to go with braided lines too; how much would a set cost?

                  PS. PM sent

                      Greg

I have fitted a pair of DBA 5000 series rotors and A1RM pads to the front of my evo...I have also installed one of your universal DIY pad to caliper shim kits....I am still getting insane amounts of squeal when coming to a stop...any ideas on how to stop it?

                      Thanks

                      Matt

Try some copper grease on the leading edge of the pad

done that...less squealing now but still does it occasionally...

its weird...it only seems to do it in a particular temperature range, it doesnt do it cold and normal street temps and it doesnt do it after I have been flogging the car through the twisties...only really in the middle of street temps and total flogging does it make noise...looks like ill just have to live with it

Ok, sorry guys, this is probably my bad for not emphasising it enough, but I can't stress this point enough:
"Credit card over the phone only, give us a bell on 1300 884 836!"

On a day like 20%, even with 3 of us answering phones, and 5 incoming lines, people were still getting engaged signals. In other words there's no possible chance of us getting to PM's or emails for quite a long time after. To be perfectly honest we've only just caught up on emails from the sale yesterday. In an average day we get 30-40 sales inquiry emails. Sale day we got 370ish...

I'll honor the 20% price if you posted here or PM'd us on sale day, but please don't get shitty at us because we didn't reply...

                                Yep, to suit what?

What sort of gear were you after, or what are you using the car for?

Has you BF got vented or solid rear rotors. Series 2 had both options depending on what Ford felt like on the day.

$231 and $148.50 per rotor respectively.

I'd go either QFM HPX (Bendix Ultimate equivalent but low dust and rotor wear) $79 per set front or rear. Or if you don't mind trading off dust for a little extra performance, then I'd go Remsa, which are $89 for the front, and $79 for the rear. The later is what we more typically supply for high Euro sports cars like Porsche/Ferrari etc.

I am thinking to go with braided lines too; how much would a set cost?
Unfortunately we can't do braided for Falcons... Just one of those strange things.

Trying putting a 45 degree shamfer on the leading edge of the pad.
