    Finished sanding all the bog back ready for another go at high build. This time it went on a lot flatter. I wound out the fluid nozzle more and added a little more thinner.

    After sanding through the guide coat with 400 wet and dry it highlighted a lot of stone chips and other imperfections.
    So more bog.
    Hopefully it gets rid of the hash pattern surface from...

    While sanding the guide coat on the tail piece I found another crack.
    More plastic welding. I used cable ties for filler rod.
    More bog. More sanding....

    After closer inspection in the morning it was clear I needed to get better access to the panels for good edge coverage.
    So the plan going forward is to break the spraying into half batches.

    I immediately saw that more filling and sanding will be needed.
    Most of the panels looked ok with one huge run in the headlight cowl air vents. Trying to get coverage everywhere inside the duct...
