Yep, storage was always a big thing for me as the most I could fit was 3 cars. It led me to turn down some fantastic buying opportunities over the years including a bargain R32 and R35 GTR from friendsI never wanted to keep decent cars out of...

Wow, that's pretty decent. Last set of Semis I had were very noisy. These could be worth a try. Thanks for the info....

I was looking at S007a but was told they weren't as grippy as the PS4S. That's important for me. I've actually been impressed by the grip of the PS4, so PS4S should be better again....

I have PS4 on my Monaro, never been happy with them as a performance tyre, I think mainly due to the soft sidewalls but not really liked the other options in my tyre size either, so still have them. Was holding out for PS4S. Still, the PS4 are comfortable...

You can get PS4S in 18" in Australia now in a few sizes. Unfortunately for me, they didn't bring in the size I wanted, closest they sell are the 245/45R18 100Y. These are a little pricier too but not crazy.
245/45R18 100Y XL - $505...

US guys have tried and confirmed it doesn't fit. One guy has cut the top off one and reworked it to fit in his GTO, regretted it, lol...

Wont fit under the bonnet of my Monaro and I am looking to keep the stock look too. Was looking at the Fast manifolds but they seem painful to fit....

Does anyone know of a shop in Sydney or surrounds that can cut and weld plastic LS intake manifolds? I'm looking at the possibility of having an LS2 90mm snout conversion to a 78mm LS6 manifold, as they do in the USA.
Thanks

Thread closed, I think you got them allI do think that a lot of people being home and bored watching YT on classic JDM cars has helped that market too, along with no more locally made Fords and Holden's inflating that market....

I unfortunately haven't been able to move on this as Shockworks are still refining the rear shocks/ springs for their VT-VZ package. I have been strongly recommended HSD elsewhere but I understood that these were bottom end coilovers? They certainly...

My Monaro CV8-R seems to be selling around $60-$70k for low km, well cared for versions (which mine is). Very few made (and thus few for sale) so hard to know exactly. RRP was $66k back in 2004. Cant say I would sell it for that, I am emotionally attached...Last edited by HSV Senator; 01-02-21, 03:31 PM.
